This requirement makes necessary to use a more evolved PLC programming technology than the classic contacts diagram. Being a S7 PLC, it is used the SIEMENS SCL language for its development. There are achieved increments in productivity of up to 20%. The worker has a clear interface, where he can see the process and the field signals, minimizing breakdown resolution and making them possible to solve with its maintenance staff.
