The panels and books (furniture) and assembly manuals are fed on the robots that fill the boxes already formed. This set goes to box <strong>c<\/strong><strong>losure zone<\/strong>, being ready for <strong>stacking<\/strong> (1&#215;1, 2&#215;1, 2&#215;2). The stacks are strapped automatically according to recipe and are delivered to customer cars for rear processing.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Our collaboration:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Standard program development, security and its tuning for a PLC safely communicated [iDevice] with another 3 PLCs.[iDevice] <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The PLC controls the box formator (13 servo driven axes), the closing part, the PLC master program for the stack of the KUKA robot and the strapping and stack delivery zone to the machinery of the final customer.
