{"id":2399,"date":"2023-05-16T10:59:23","date_gmt":"2023-05-16T08:59:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inisa.com\/box-formation-lines\/"},"modified":"2023-05-16T12:12:31","modified_gmt":"2023-05-16T10:12:31","slug":"box-formation-lines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inisa.com\/en\/box-formation-lines\/","title":{"rendered":"Box formation lines"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our customer, a manufacturer of automatic processing lines, demands us to collaborate in the engineering of two box forming lines for a leading international European customer in the kitchen furniture manufacturing sector.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technologies used: SIEMENS: PLC Siemens S7-1516F, HMI Siemens TP2200 Comfort panel, Inverters Sew movitrack, absolute encoders, telemeters, barcode readers, labeling systems, security scanners, all of them in profinet-profisafe network and programmed with TIA portal V17, with remote assistance via VPN.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continuous ZZ folded cardboard batteries are fed on the line, which after receiving the manufacturing orders are manufactured by lots of boxes of different dimensions. The cardboard is verified by an artificial vision system ensuring its quality. The lots of manufactured boxes are redirected to other assembly lines classified by their dimensions, being labelled and reported to the client&#8217;s computer system.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Our collaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Development Standard and Security Program, of the HMI, and its tuning with TIA Portal V17 Software.
