At Inisa Automation, we have participated in the development of a <strong>new automatic nutrient dosing system for fermentation tanks<\/strong>. A solution designed to provide precision, traceability, and ease of operation in wineries. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The system, developed for a premium supplier of oenological ingredients, enables the fully automatic dosing of nutrients to up to <strong>8 fermentation tanks<\/strong>. It incorporates an electrical control panel with a PLC and HMI, a dosing scale, automatic distribution through solenoid valves, and a water cleaning circuit that ensures hygienic operation after each dosing cycle.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to controlling the entire process in either automatic or manual mode, the system records every operation performed, providing complete traceability of each dosing process from start to finish.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The highlight came during commissioning: <strong>in just one morning, the system was fully configured, tested, and ready to begin operation<\/strong>, once again demonstrating the value of good engineering and efficient project planning.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-1\"><strong>Inisa Automation: precision automation for wineries that look to the future.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\">#100<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Automation has a great deal to offer the wine industry as well.
