Objetives:
To carry out the engineering and supply of an extension for a Test Bench already carried out by us previously, to measure the process times of up to 2560 input signals, synchronized to a control signal for the beginning of the Test.
In addition, INISA is in charge of designing and supplying the necessary electronics (4 PCB + 1 control PCB) to which the electronic products to be tested (Detonators) are interconnected. In the project carried out the electronic interconnection PCB board (optocouplers, power suppliers, PLC connections, etc.) is designed, and the entire set is supplied already operational for the tests of all the detonators, with a time resolution for each of them of 1 msec, using a computer application that makes the reports and documents the all the test, communicated to the PLC in our supply box.
This is a modular solution, expandable through ETHERCAT solution, which already has 1024 entries and which can reach 2560, maintaining at all time the same 1ms resolution in the registry of all of them.

- Electronic boards (PCBs) for signal interface between products (detonators) and PLC of our design and supply.
- Information about the tests between PC receptor and PLC, available by OPC UA communication protocol.
- Possibility of accessing data register in other formats (SQL, Excel, Mqtt).
- Possibility of integrating data in CLOUD, accessible via web browser.
