Objetives:

Our client, Licar Control Systems (www.licarsystems.com), manufacturer and marketer of digital solutions for motorhomes and light heavyweight vehicles, proposes to collaborate in the development of Software and Hardware to create a new product in its portfolio, the LICAR AIR+ WIRELESS AIR SUSPENSION KIT.

Inisa, together with Licar Control Systems, develops the necessary engineering for:

  • Definition of the functional specifications of LICAR AIR+ KIT.
  • Definition and development of the hardware of the electronic board of the unit control, microprocessor, etc.
  • Complete development of the software in C/C++ for the control of the pneumatic suspension and wireless communications via Bluetooth. The user’s mobile is the one that controls the pneumatic suspension of the vehicle.
  • Test bench tests of the complete Kit, prior to its validation for mass production.
  • Modifications/Improvements of Hardware and Software in future versions.

LICAR AIR+ is a is a pneumatic suspension control system using air pressure is a pneumatic suspension control system using air pressure that is made up of a control unit and its connection accessories, which together with the mechanical accessories for installing the pneumatic actuators to the vehicle, the pneumatic actuators themselves and the air compressor (purchased separately) completes an automatic Wireless system (via mobile),, which allows digital regulation and control of the height and pressure of the pneumatic suspension of a light heavyweight vehicle, such as motorhomes, vans, ambulances, 4×4, minivans, tow trucks, etc.

Milestones:

  • Complete electronic development of the product for Licar Control Systems.
  • As it is an integral development, it has the independence to define future functionalities, based on user contributions or the creation of new services.
  • An excellent Technical Assistance Service is achieved in the product. Everything is manufactured and marketed at Licar Control Systems
  • The product is exhibited at the Fair Expo Camper & Caravan 2022 in Madrid, with a great reception.
  • It is the first product manufactured at European level with its functionalities and characteristics.
