Status information and home automation control of INISA AUTOMAUTION, S. L. Access, equipment consumption, control of air conditioning equipment, operation of server computers and workstations (Monitors, PCs, …), all with presence/absence records and synchronized with our work calendar.

With this, we achieve Automation of tasks that were previously carried out humanly and considerable energy savings, by using and optimizing resources for use only when necessary.

On the other hand, productivity is increased since all rooms are controlled in temperature at the correct time and according to weather conditions (external and internal temperatures and humidity).

Software: Home Assistant.

  • Reporting and activation of equipment from anywhere in the world.
  • State of the temperatures in the rooms and outside, with weather forecast.
  • New programmable functionalities. It is an open system and in continuous improvement.
  • Control/status panel for administrators and users.
  • Voice control.
  • Event messages to mobile phone.
  • Communications via Wi-Fi, Zigbee and others.

Hardware:

  • Sensors for general and private consumption.
  • Control of surges, over-currents, overtemperatures of equipment. Programmable circuit breakers.
  • Activation relays/switches, with individual consumption report.
  • Presence and motion sensors.
  • Temperature sensors, in rooms and outdoors
  • Water leak sensors.
  • Multifunctional switches and pushbuttons, opening/closing of community portal doors, company, and other functionalities, from different departments.
  • Control and launch of actions by NFC.
  • Local control, without dependence on Clouds of device manufacturers.

After a complete analysis of INISA’s equipment and electrical installation, the described hardware equipment is purchased and assembled. Running 24/7, a control PC performs all automations, using the ā€œHome Assistantā€ software as the configured operating system.

Current functionalities:

  • Heating/Air Conditioning on and off. Dependencies on its temperature in advance.
  • Turning on and off servers and printers.
  • Turning on and off auxiliary devices (Monitors, document shredders, TVs), by presence detection.
  • Turning devices on and off using a work calendar.
  • Use of NFC. Doorā€™s openings, closings and status via mobile phone.

Inisa and its automation and systems departments carry out all the necessary Engineering, selecting, installing and maintaining all the necessary infrastructure.
