Objectives:
Our client, manufacturer of automatic processing lines, asks us to collaborate in the Software Engineering of a PCB electronic plate manufacturing line, which is part of the process of creating internal layers andtheir corresponding processes (Etcher + Film Stripper).
Used tools:
Omron Sysmac Studio V1.54,
Omron: NX102 + HMI NA5, Inverters ABB, modBusRTU as Bus.
Process:
With the plates already revealed, they are introduced into the etcher process that removes copper from the zone where the insulator’s light has not been influenced by controlled chemical processes. To remove the film that protects the copper tracks, we proceed with the film stripper process, resulting in a plate that meets the high standards of quality required by the customer.
Our collaboration:
- Development of PLC and visual part program (HMI, Recipes), and installation start-up (FRANCE) in collaboration with our client.
- The PLC controls the development of manufacturing processes, and the generation of a traceability report with the process values obtained during manufacturing.
