This engineering comprises the automated management of several impregnation deposits for its application on continuous impregnation rollers, all in an existing line.
MILESTONES:
The automation should include the analysis of the application, the PLC (Rockwell) programming with the management of analogue levels, PIDs, etc. and the easy and simple functioning by the plant operators in different working modes, assisted by SCADA system to the effect.
To do this, our engineers simulate in our offices the development carried out, which will then be installed and set-up in the production line, allowing its integration with the rest of the process already running, all according with the expected planning.
