INSTALLATION: Loading silos selection with dispenser carriage, charged with a warming device for its heating and a Mixer with agglomerating to obtain the intermediate product destined to presses that make up refractory brick.
SOLUTION: Project analysis, making electric planes, programming and set-up of a new mixture line.
The system automatically adjusts the flow of materials needed for the realization of the product, guiding them through the different mixers of the line to optimize production time.
