This time, we want to share one of our latest technical milestones, developed to improve the performance and lifespan of critical production machinery.
Modernization using Omron PLCs and Servo Control
We have carried out a partial retrofit on a production line, upgrading the positioning of 4 axes along with their corresponding servos and motors:
- Latest generation Omron PLC controllers
- Integration and parameterization of 4 servomotors to ensure precise and stable positioning
- Modernization of the control system, improving cycle times, repeatability, and operational reliability
This intervention not only restores the equipment’s performance, but also prepares it for future challenges, extending its service life and making diagnostics and maintenance tasks easier.
Commissioning Without Affecting Production
To minimize the impact on the client’s operations, commissioning was carried out during scheduled production downtime, ensuring a smooth transition and safe startup after the upgrade.
