Outsorting in a paint line

At Inisa Automation, we continue providing added value to machinery manufacturers and industrial line builders through international projects that demand technical requirements. Recently, we participated in the commissioning of an outsorting system integrated into a painting line, designed for the feeding and stacking of panels used in the production of flat-pack furniture.

The installation automatically manages the flow of panels coming from the painting line, performing feeding, sorting, and stacking operations. In addition, it incorporates a machine vision system for the detection and handling of defective parts, ensuring final product quality while optimizing the overall performance of the installation.

The project was carried out abroad by our technicians, for one of the leading manufacturers of feeding and stacking systems in the industry.

Our scope of work included:

  • Complete commissioning and optimization of the installation.
  • Fine-tuning of operational sequences and processes.
  • Integration of industrial communications.
  • Support during the final customer acceptance process (FAT – Factory Acceptance Test).

Thanks to our team’s extensive experience in similar projects, the commissioning was completed within a reduced timeframe and without impacting on the planned operational schedule, enabling the production line to rapidly achieve its performance targets.

The solution integrates leading industrial technologies, including:

  • Siemens TIA Portal.
  • SEW frecuency inverters.
  • Modbus TCP communications.
  • Profinet industrial networks.
  • OPC UA integration.

This robust and scalable architecture provides the reliability, maintainability, and availability demanded by modern production lines.

Every project is an opportunity to demonstrate the values that define Inisa Automation: experience, process know-how, adaptability, and reliable execution. When deadlines are tight and production cannot wait, our customers know they can rely on a trusted technical partner.

Analysis, solution proposal, equipment selection

Continuous processing lines, winding and unwinding of product

We offer technical advice to end customers on the purchase, implementation and monitoring of projects. carried out at their facilities by other machinery manufacturers involving automation, we help to define the requirements and specifications of the project, analyse the offers received technologically and economically, and carry out the project management and validation of the installation in production. In other words, achieving the objectives set.

We analyse and look for effective solutions, where “know-how” is important.
