Objetives:
Our client, manufacturer of automatic processing lines, demands us to collaborate in the engineering of a kitchen furniture packaging line, in the areas of: FEFCO box formation, box closure zone, and stacking/strapping zone, integrating different equipment/software:
Siemens: PLC S7-1516F, HMI TP1500 Comfort Panel, Inverters G120C, TIA Portal V17, Sew Servodrives, Movikit soft, KUKA robotics, security scans, ā¦
Process:
The line processes cardboard stacks (in the former). The panels and books (furniture) and assembly manuals are fed on the robots that fill the boxes already formed. This set goes to box closure zone, being ready for stacking (1×1, 2×1, 2×2). The stacks are strapped automatically according to recipe and are delivered to customer cars for rear processing.
Our collaboration:
- Standard program development, security and its tuning for a PLC safely communicated [iDevice] with another 3 PLCs.[iDevice]
- The PLC controls the box formator (13 servo driven axes), the closing part, the PLC master program for the stack of the KUKA robot and the strapping and stack delivery zone to the machinery of the final customer. All, according to quality and quantity (cycles demanded by the project) standards.
