Objetives:
The client, a manufacturer of detonators for the mining industry, asks us to collaborate as Engineering with software that implements a traceability control of the manufacturing process.
Used tools:
Omron: CxProgramer, Cx Integrator, modBusTCP as Communication Bus.
Process:
The necessary PLC data have been compiled, integrating the modbusTCP communication protocol for sending and receiving data to the higher level software in charge of controlling traceability in each of the manufactured products.
One of the milestones of this project has been to implement it on a platform installed and in operation for about 20 years.
