MILESTONE: The programming and the set-up of a flexible manufacturing cell of our customer on its plant and in final destiny, in some case, equipped with vision cameras for the recognition of the pieces and their manipulation. These robots feed and extract to piece operation posts.

The movements and their functionalities must be optimized to reach the required cycle time, all with an advanced and different programming.

They are working as slaves of the master PLC of the total operating of the cell.

Continuous processing lines, winding and unwinding of product
  • Selection of components, design of electrical drawings and supply of switchboards.
  • Configuration and implementation of field buses and industrial networks in plant (Intranet and Extranet) (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet IP, Interbus). Field wiring installations.
