In addition to performing Automation Engineering with the most common PLCs in their latest development versions (Tia Portal, Omron, etc.), INISA provides high specialization services in other platforms, maybe less used in Europe, as Rockwell PLCs, but with more use in the American continent.
MILESTONES:
Configuration, programming, testing and set-up in destination (USA) of Rockwell PLCs and touch screens, in a process of feeding and stacking of pieces on an existing line.
Besides the start-up of Power flex 525 and 755 series inverters, this service includes the set-up of 7 axes with servo drives connected by a ring structure (Ethernet IP) of high dynamic cadence.
The process also has an integrated safety PLC that supervises the zones and the safety of the automation (1756-L71S Guard Logix).
