SOLUTION: SICK S300 laser area scanner, moving with the stacker.
Using 2 encoders connected to the scanner (double channel) we control both, the speed of the displacement and the position where it is located. As it approaches to the worker, the safety detection area is varied according to the premise that higher speed means higher detection area = anti-collision stop.
