Automating Automation
In INISA, 30 years in the world of industrial process automation has given us the experience of using diverse programing tools form different PLC manufacturers of the market and also the option to follow its all evolution, from the use of serial RS232C cables to the current programming via Ethernet, in addition to the different operating systems used (from MSDOS to Windows10).
Multiple user application for the corrective and preventive maintenance (Ad hoc)
It is a development of the computer department of INISA, with the operative specifications set by the customer. The maintenance staff of the factory has a common space (SQL Data Base) on which they indicate the working orders that manage the corrective and preventive maintenance actions.
Duo Reversible Boxes Automation
With the process specifications defined by the CUSTOMER, which is a hot rolled product manufacturer, the automation of DUO REVERSIBLE boxes on its installations is undertaken.
Innovative development in the forming of the boxes
The automation demanded changes and tests with a high frequency to adjust with detail al the parameters of the operation, and also on the steps of the GRAFCET`s sequences, required by the process. The modularity and clarity on our programming guarantees a successful delivery to the final customer of the installation.
