The functionality of this implantation of INISA is to ensure the access to 2 common machine zones for both, the operator and the robot. Defined two zones with world coordinates, the application supervises constantly the position of the robot, guaranteeing the safety of the operator.
Electrical retrofitting of a gantry crane using Siemens Safety PLC
To replace an old control without integrated securities on an existing gantry crane with a new Siemens PLC with Safety integrated. This allows us, in a later step, to transform the current completely manual operation crane on an automatic crane, capable to work 24hours a day without operator intervention.

The programming and the set-up of a flexible manufacturing cell of our customer on its plant and in final destiny, in some case, equipped with vision cameras for the recognition of the pieces and their manipulation. These robots feed and extract to piece operation posts.
